Abstract

            The objectives of this research were as follows: (1) to design and develop a product-selling website for the Ban Samunprai Khirikwong Community Enterprise Group, (2) to evaluate user satisfaction with the use of the website, and (3) to increase distribution channels for the Ban Samunprai Khirikwong Community Enterprise Group. The samples in this study were purposively selected and consisted of 10 members of the Ban Samunprai Khirikwong Community Enterprise Group and 100 users of the website. The research instruments comprised (1) a product-selling website developed as a case study for the Ban Samunprai Khirikwong Community Enterprise Group, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and (2) a satisfaction questionnaire regarding the use of the website. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage and mean.

            The results of the research based on data collection revealed that users were highly satisfied with the use of the product-selling website of the Ban Samunprai Khirikwong Community Enterprise Group ( = 4.55, S.D. = 0.56) The system effectively supports operations by enabling customers to purchase community products online. Additionally, it facilitates efficient product management for the community enterprise group. The system includes a sales reporting function that assists the group in planning product production to better meet customer demand. The results of the user satisfaction assessment regarding the website, ranked by average score, indicated that the highest satisfaction was with the website’s efficiency (  = 4.51, S.D. = 0.57), followed by content quality (  = 4.56, S.D. = 0.57), and website design (  = 4.59, S.D. = 0.55), respectively.
