Abstract

This research aimed to study the levels of administrative processes, success factors, and the relationship between administrative processes and organizational management success: A case study of Ao Luek Industrial and Community Education College, Krabi Province. This study employed a quantitative research method. The sample consisted of 54 personnel from Ao Luek Industrial and Community Education College. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that the overall level of administrative processes was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.63). The planning aspect had the highest mean score, followed by the organizational aspect, while the coordination aspect had the lowest mean score. The overall level of organizational management success was also at the highest level (x̄ = 4.64), with the technology factor having the highest mean score. The analysis of the relationship indicated that administrative processes had a positive relationship with organizational management success at a statistically significant level of .01, with a moderate correlation (r = 0.534). This indicates that improving the efficiency of administrative processes contributes to enhancing organizational management success.
