Abstract

This academic article is the result of an in-depth analysis and synthesis developed from routine work to research (Routine to Research: R2R). The objective is to analyze the efficiency and evaluate the utilization of the project management system of the Faculty of Veterinary Science. The data used in this study comprises secondary data obtained from the information system's dashboard for the fiscal year 2026. The findings reveal that a total of 78 activities were recorded in the system, with the Educational Services section accounting for the highest workload proportion. The system's strengths include its ability to display the number of activities from various perspectives, as well as a workflow calendar system that enhances efficient time and resource management. The synthesis of this data demonstrates that the project management system is not merely a data-recording tool, but functions as a Decision Support System (DSS) that enables executives to strategically plan and tangibly elevate the quality of organizational management.
