Abstract

This study aims to: (1) assess the levels of perceptions regarding management information system factors, technology acceptance factors, and administrative work efficiency among employees of the Government Savings Bank, Head Office; (2) examine the management information system factors that influence administrative work efficiency; and (3) investigate the technology acceptance factors affecting administrative work efficiency at the Government Savings Bank, Head Office. A quantitative research design was employed. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire administered to 391 employees of the Government Savings Bank, Head Office. Statistical analyses included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and standard multiple linear regression analysis using the enter method. The findings revealed that: (1) respondents’ perceptions of management information system factors were at the highest level, while perceptions of technology acceptance and administrative work efficiency were at a high level; (2) management information system factors—specifically data collection, data verification, and data and information storage—significantly influenced administrative work efficiency at the 0.05 level; and (3) technology acceptance factors—perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude toward technology use—positively affected administrative work efficiency, also at the 0.05 significance level.
