This research is a developmental study aimed at (1) developing a Virtual Tour of Tha Ruea Shrine, Phuket Province, using 360-degree photography technology and Marzipano software, (2) designing interactive elements to promote learning about the shrine's cultural heritage, history, and deities, and (3) evaluating the quality and user satisfaction of the developed Virtual Tour system. The sample group consisted of 41 users of the Tha Ruea Shrine Virtual Tour website. The research instruments included an Insta360 X4 camera for 360-degree photography, Marzipano software for Virtual Tour development, and an online questionnaire via Google Forms for quality and satisfaction evaluation. Data were analyzed using Mean and Standard Deviation (S.D.).
The results revealed that (1) the developed Virtual Tour successfully presented all 8 scenes with 360-degree imagery, audio narration, navigation hotspots between scenes, and information hotspots covering 8 deities, along with a fire-walking ceremony video, (2) the system is accessible via web browser on any device without additional software installation, and (3) the overall quality of the system was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.66 , S.D.= 0.54) , and the overall user satisfaction was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.66 , S.D.= 0.53).
