Abstract

This research aimed to (1) design and develop a Learner Information Management System for the CDP Foundation for Thai Children Skill Development and (2) evaluate the performance of the developed system. The study employed Research and Development (R&D) methodology based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), consisting of four phases: planning, analysis and design, development, and evaluation. The sample consisted of 30 participants, including administrators, staff members, and learners. The research instruments included the developed learner information management system and a user satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the mean and standard deviation. The results indicated that the developed system effectively supported adding, editing, deleting, searching, and generating reports on learner information. It also reduced data redundancy, improved the efficiency of learner information management, and enhanced the operational processes of the foundation. Overall, users reported the highest level of satisfaction with the system (M = 4.64, SD = 0.43), indicating that the developed system effectively met users' needs and supported the management of learner information within the foundation.
