Abstract

The objectives of this research were to design, develop, and evaluate the efficiency and user satisfaction of the public relations website for Pitiphat Printing Shop. The sample group was divided into 3 information system experts, selected by purposive sampling, and 400 general users, selected by convenience sampling. The research instruments included the public relations website developed using WordPress with the WooCommerce plugin, an efficiency evaluation form for experts, and a satisfaction questionnaire for general users. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean (x̄), and standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings revealed that: (1) The developed website supported responsive display on all devices. Its main functions included a product catalog system, a preliminary price estimation system linked to production ordering via the LINE application, and a navigation map system using the Google Maps API. (2) The overall efficiency evaluation by experts was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.55, S.D. = 0.47), with the ease of use aspect receiving the highest average score (x̄ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.49). (3) The overall satisfaction of general users was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.81, S.D. = 0.38). The aspect of public relations benefits had the highest average (x̄ = 4.83, S.D. = 0.35), followed by functional performance, design, and content, respectively. In conclusion, the developed website was highly efficient and responded well to user needs.
